Corporate videos sometime take a "documentary" form and other times a "promotional" form. In 2002-2003 Triangle Telephone Cooperative, located in Havre Montana asked 49 North to document it's territory and it's diverse membership. What followed for us was a wonderful trip around Montana talking to people and discovering beautiful out-of-the-way places.

Grammy Award Nominee - Philip Aaberg graciously provided the music and a talented disc-jockey worked his magic with narration. The end result was a popular video. The governor of Montana, U.S. Senators and mayors have all viewed the video, each gaining a new respect for the challenges and professionalism of companies like Triangle Telephone who do business in the wide open spaces of our great western states.

Recently we had the opportunity to do a green screen intro to a corporate technology symposium featuring world-wide video conferencing abilities. Using an "Ultra" set and a "Poser" animation, the CEO was able to open the conference from a make-believe Alpha Centurion space station ... the ultimate video conference! The pretense of an intergalactic conference started to fall apart when an animated visitor appeared on the set and mistakenly pulled the plug, revealing the actors in front of their green screen and make believe space station. This tongue in cheek introduction to a corporate meeting featuring the wonders ...and a few minor glitches ... of modern technology, was great fun and a huge hit. Thanks to MITS
for the opportunity.
