International Gilbert and Sullivan Festival. Meet the people behind the film.
Director
Tyson Vick has worked on numerous short films and various corporate videos. His student film Puppy Be Gone
has toured the world through Canada, The United States and Great Britain. He is an avid fan of Gilbert and
Sullivan.
Concept, Camera
Maggie Chan graduated from the New York Film Academy. Her student film Dark Blue has appeared in numerous
film festivals.
Producer
Wayne L. Vick owns and operates 49 North Productions located on the High Plains of Montana. His company produces
mainly corporate videos for the telecomunications industry. He has a passionate interest in taking on new
challenges and tackles his first feature length production with gusto.
Production Assistant
Michelle Grimm is a Nanny from Long Island, New York. During the filming she acted as grip, driver, and liason, but mainly
expressed invaluable encouragement for both the Youth Production and the Documentary.
Illustrator
Daisy Brambletoes has provided the beautiful illustrations of scenes from The Mikado for the documentary.
She has been illustrating for years and is an avid fan of Gilbert and Sullivan.
